Our professional team is the main asset of the company, as well as the key component of our success and further development. Over 30 years of activity, we have managed to make a team of highly qualified specialists who have extensive experience working within various regulatory frameworks (Latvia, the European Union, the Russian Federation, and other international standards) and able to implement projects of a high level of complexity both in Latvia and abroad. Currently, OLIMPS employs about 100 people, among them certified design engineers, developers of automated process control systems, programmers, chief engineers and project managers
OLIMPS is constantly developing. The high level of qualification of our employees and long experience in working both complex and explosion-hazardous industrial facilities and civil facilities, as well as having up-to-date hardware and software, allow us to expand our fields of activities and participate in the implementation of new projects, including the fields of renewable energy, new fuels (hydrogen), reducing emissions. In our projects we actively introduce and use modern technologies, including 3D design, BIM modelling.
